Confectionery conglomerate (say that three times fast) Mondelez International are officially hiring a part-time  chocolate tester for Cadbury. ?????? The Mondelez International Chocolate Tester Job   If youre into chocolate (who isnt?) the job will involve tasting products from your favourite chocolate and cocoa beverage companies. The wonderfully earnest job advertisement asks candidates whether they aspire for the chance, each and every day, to put a smile on peoples faces. But if youre thinking that this job will just be a piece of (chocolate) cake, youd be wrong. Breaking down the key responsibilities Firstly, youll need to be able to provide honest and objective feedback about the chocolate product youre tasting. This means not only must you have a discerning taste palette for chocolate, but youll need to be able to describe the difference in taste in a detailed manner. Secondly, the job calls for strong team-working skills. Seems that youll be working on a panel of taste testers, and will have to collaborate to reach an agreement on taste. Thirdly, you have to be organised. The job calls for consistency in the results given, after all. The requirements for a chocolate tester job This is a refreshingly equal opportunities position, it seems. Theres no degree involved, and seems to be a job that is more about whether you fit the company culture. The most requirements seem to be a passion for confectionery, honesty and a firm grasp of the English language. Doesnt seem out of our ball park at all!
